To Whom it May Concern:
Please be advised that Douglas P. Wilson was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver”) on June 9, 2021 by the Superior Court of the State of California (the “Court”) over all operations and assets of Synrgo, Inc. (“Synrgo”). If you are an interested party in this matter this website will provide you additional information to stay informed.
Synrgo previously provided document recording services on behalf of its customers. However, in mid-May 2021, Synrgo abruptly and unexpectedly ceased all operations and a majority of its employees were terminated. Following its collapse, the Court soon thereafter appointed the Receiver to take control of the company’s assets and operations. It was quickly determined by the Receiver that Synrgo’s operations could not be restarted and would instead need to be wound down and liquidated in an orderly fashion.
Over the next several months, the Receiver intends to orderly liquidate the assets of Synrgo for the benefit of creditors. Updates will be posted to this website and will be the best source for ongoing information.
